The way trauma manifests in our body is something I take very seriously. It’s one of the first aspects of health I look at when many of you come to see me for the first time.

Greece, in many ways, has brought us back to where it all began - the history, the language, the faith, the struggle, the love.

Sometimes you just can’t climb that mountain. But that doesn’t mean the mountain can’t be brought to you.
